With over 7 years of combined teaching, tutoring, and examiner experience, I understand how important it is that your child achieves the grades they want. I aim to create a warm, friendly, and supportive environment which helps build the confidence of my tutees.

I particularly enjoy working with neurodivergent students to support them towards exam success in English Literature and Language.

I offer both in-person and online tutoring, and I am based in Cambridge.

About me:

I’m an English and Drama teacher with a combined 7 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I have served as an examiner for AQA GCSE English Literature.

I’ve previously been a Head of Department at a secondary school in Cambridge graded ‘Outstanding’ for education and leadership in a 2023 Ofsted inspection, and as a 1-to-1 support tutor at an ‘Outstanding’ private school in Cambridge.

I also have ADHD and dyspraxia, and a special interest in helping neurodivergent students succeed in GCSE English Literature and Language.

1-on-1 Tutoring

For the classic tutoring experience. All in-person tutoring happens in Cambridge and I will happily travel to your home
to tutor your child there. I have an Enhanced DBS and safeguarding training.

In-person tutoring in Cambridge: £50 p/ hour

Online tutoring: £40 p/ hour

Small Group Tutoring

Being taught in groups of no more than 5, get better value
for your money whilst still building your child’s confidence
and likelihood of exam success.

Online tutoring: £25 p/ hour

Block Bookings

Save money by booking multiple sessions at once.

1-on-1 Tutoring:
10 session bulk booking - £400 (in person), £300 (online).
20 session bulk booking - £750 (in person), £650 (online).

Small Group Tutoring:
10 session bulk booking - £200 (online only)

If for any reason you need to cancel a session, please contact me at least 24 hours before your booking to reschedule for free and avoid a cancellation fee.
